Sagar Shetty has been practicing O&P for over 18 years, part of which was in India, where he completed his education in the field. Having been exposed to a variety of technologies throughout his career, from low cost to advanced, he brings a different perspective on the feasibility and accessibility of advanced technologies like 3D printing for patients of all socioeconomic backgrounds. He is actively involved in DOD funded research projects in collaboration with the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science Center for Lower Extremity Ambulatory Research (CLEAR), studying the strength and durability of 3D printed prosthetic sockets. At Bionic, he is responsible for overseeing and providing support to all clinics across the U.S.
